Stephen Davies is obsessed with heist movies like Ocean's Eleven, Heat, Sneakers and The Italian Job. He also has an enduring fascination with Ancient Egypt. His thirty-plus books for children include the current Amazon bestseller THE ANCIENT EGYPT SLEEPOVER and the graphic novel MYTHS, MUMMIES AND MAGIC IN ANCIENT EGYPT. Stephen grew up in Devon, lived in Burkina Faso for fourteen years (where he worked on community radio projects) and now lives in London.
