John Britt began working as an ER nurse before transitioning to management. His interest in people and workplace interaction led John to go back to get a BA in management of human resources and then a master's degree in organizational management. John is the director of health-care solutions at Kforce, and he speaks nationally and internationally on topics related to organizational behavior. He lives in Kentucky, with his wife, Cynthia, three dogs and three cats.
