CANDICE RANSOM has never wanted to be anything other than a children's book writer. She's published over 150 children's books, garnering many awards. She teaches in the children's literature program at Hollins University. Candice lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with her husband and naughty cats, Faulkner and Edison.
