Neil J. Cook understood early that writing was the only way to explore other worlds, remake history or peer into the future. He studied literature at university and worked for many years in advertising, primarily selling computer games and energy drinks. It was starting a family that gave him the motivation to write something of greater consequence. Nuncle is his first novel.
