David Newton is associate professor of entrepreneurial finance at California's Westmont College. He has written for or contributed to nearly 50 articles in entrepreneurship and finance publications, including Business Week, Money, Entrepreneur, and Success. He is the author of How to Be a Small Cap for Small Business, the Global Finance Association, FMA, and the U.S. Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, he is the creator of the Interactive Worksheet for Small Business Owners for INC magazine's website.
