My name is Melissa Scott, I grew up in the city of Bath in England, and as I grew older, I moved to many more places. I joined the Army in 2007, where I enjoyed a long and rewarding career serving my country. But then, I decided to take on a new challenge, so I joined the Royal Air Force in 2015. I enjoyed pushing myself to new heights whilst learning a lot about myself in the process. But in 2019, I just knew it was time to move on. Something inside me was pushing me to move on and take on new challenges and invest more time in my family and other areas of life because I felt like I could not go any further in the military. I was ready for what came next on my path into destiny.Since then, I have begun studying for my degree in Geography and environmental science and wrote my story. That has been the most significant goal I have ever set myself, and now I get to share my story with the world.My story, while it is a complete work of fiction, is based on true events. I had based my story on the village of Keevil because I would go there with my dad and sister when I was younger, and I always found it to be a very mysterious, ominous and creepy place.
