Now retired, Mike Kent has spent his entire career in primary education and was one of the country’s most respected and longest-standing headteachers. Mike was also the weekly ‘back page columnist’ on The Times Educational Supplement newspaper and was twice shortlisted as ‘Columnist of the Year’. He has previously published five books, including a special resource book for primary school teachers.
