Patricia Brown was born in Oregon City, Oregon, and was educated at Oregon State University, graduating with a degree in elementary education, a career she pursued for 28 years. She lives in a small town on the Oregon coast with her husband where she dabbles in the arts and enjoys the company of family and friends.
