The story continues right where part 1 left off with Sam telling Adam the big news. Adam reacts exactly as expected and it will be no surprise to readers that Sam doesn't stay in London. While everyone thinks she's making a mistake Sam knows n her heart that there's nowhere else she should be but at her Nana's.
This part of the story gives us a little more on Sam as well as the villagers in her new home. The story focuses a little bit on loneliness and I think it is important to highlight how this affects lots of different people.
This isn't a story that will have you on the edge of your seat throughout. It's classic chicklit and and I love it.
This short story can easily be read in one sitting. It's perfect for a chilled out weekend afternoon.
