These innovative board books can be read and discussed with your PreK-K students and later dismantled for use as floor puzzles. They feature activities such as counting and making a picture map, and after use, are easily reassembled back into the book format. Teacher instructions are included on the back of each book.
These shared reading books come in an easily handled lap size, and feature large, well-spaced type, attractive illustrations, and novelty features such as flip pages and die-cuts. The books are an introduction to stories and characters the children will meet in some of the Storyteller guided reading books. They offer many opportunities for developing phonemic awareness and other early reading skills in context. Each book comes with a 16 page Teacher Tips booklet that covers the entire set. You’ll find helpful information and a blackline master for each title.
