This was an interesting book. I normally like fantasy books, with a few science fiction thrown in. I have to say, I haven't read a science fiction book like this before. It's not a long book and it was a quick read. I didn't know what to expect when reading this as the summary, at least to me, gave a basic overview of the book.

This is from the point of view of the aliens, with a few earth humans perspective thrown in. I kind of like that. Usually we get a book from the humans point of view about the aliens and how they are evil. This book puts a new perspective that. Even though they are from different planets, that they still feel the same emotions as us. This was definitely a thought provoking book, that makes you come away thinking.
