Oliver is a law student who starts interning at a law firm. Over lunch, one of the partners gives him a p[ro bono appeals case. All he needs to do is research it a little, write up a deposition and turn it into the lawyer handling the case. Isn't he surprised when he finds out that he is looking into the murder of Sharon Steele......Senator Steele's wife....whom the Senator was convicted of murdering.

So he looks into it. What he finds is evidence deliberately overlooked and witnesses never interviewed. But, he also finds that there is someone going through great lengths to prevent Ollie from finding out exactly what happened that night.

I liked this book. While it was predictable (I figured everything out about half way through), it was an enjoyable read. Will I read it again? Yup, sure will.
