The romance was a bit contrived but if you're in the mood for fluffy sappy romance with a bit of sex and danger thrown in this would be it. Particularly if you're after a Christmas holiday themed read. I don't know the whole landlord reason for why they couldn't be together was fairly ridiculous. Not the best Cynthia Eden book I've read. Still a nice little holiday beach read. Or you know, wherever you read beach reads when not at the beach. 2.5 stars.
