Roza Bazrafshan - Author, Editor, Graphic Designer Roza was born in Nottingham in 1991 of English-French and Iranian heritage. She grew up in Nottingham with her four siblings, father (Farzad Bazrafshan) and mother (Stephanie Bazrafshan). Often enjoying creative activities such as playing musical instruments, writing short stories and shooting film scripts with siblings. Roza went on to study Media and Music Production before starting her career in education. As a child she attend Pinewood Primary school, then in 2012 she returned to Pinewood to complete her training as a Teaching Assistant. Now eight years later into her education career she has worked across Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Nottingham, during which she completed her Foundation Degree in Education and founded My Calm Llama, which is a business that creates products and provides resources to help support children's learning, behaviour and well-being. As a debut author and working Teaching Assistant Roza plans to develop a series of free resources and colouring sheets to compliment Big Squeeze Little Squeeze.
