Elsie Lipsey was born in New York in 1975 to Luke and Olivia, owners of a small family-run restaurant in Nashville, where she is passionate about cooking. After attending the Chef Academy she starts working in the most important restaurants of Manhattan alongside famous chefs that make her learn the finest cooking techniques. At the age of 30 she opens her cooking school which in a few months becomes one of the most popular schools in the city. Her goal is to convey to her students all her love for cooking and all her experience gained through years of experimentation and research. Her passion for teaching and reading lead her to write many cookbooks that allow anyone to prepare tasty recipes that can be easily replicated at home with family and friends without spending a fortune. Elsie, she also loves to travel a lot to collect traditions and recipes in different places around the world.
