Neil Anthes is a retired international business manager and small business owner. He graduated from the University of Waterloo in Canada, with a Bachelor of Science degree. Neil is a semi-professional photographer, accredited astrologer, and a Distinguished Toastmaster. He now lives in the Southern Interior of British Columbia.
