Ronald Craig, son of Ruth and Walter Craig, grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He studied in Chicago for seven years, received his law degree, and later taught law at New York University and Southern University (Baton Rouge). He married a Norwegian criminologist (Lill Scherdin), moved to Oslo, Norway in 1982 and continues to live there. For 35 years he worked in the fields of human rights law, telecommunications law and Anglo-American contract law. This is his first book on family history.
