Rainey Estelle is a fashion aficionado's aficionado and a force to be reckoned with. In this her third adventure she and her dog Scamp are marching to the park on a Monday morning that is also the 4th of July. Along the way a creepy stranger tries to sell her Nice Cream. Little does she know the know the creepy guy is Igor, the servant of the Baron and his sinister wife, Jakaterina.
