In the early days of the Second Gulf War, two Iraqi soldiers escape an assault on an underground bunker north of Baghdad. Their mission: transmit the final locations of all WMD stockpiles hidden by the Iraqi Army to foreign terrorists. When CIA and Army Intelligence agents capture the suspects, a far more intricate plot, formed by a ruthless Iraqi General, unravels.
