This very short story was incredibly unique. It’s a BDSM story with an historical setting. Faced with jail or one night with a sensual dominant (who just happens to be her boss), Isabella chooses to become a submissive, figuring the one night wouldn’t be so bad or that big of a deal. What she doesn’t count on is her sexy, confident boss arousing her and pleasuring her in ways she had never dreamed.

The chemistry between Isabella and her boss is interesting. It’s what I expect between a Dom/Sub, but with an air of romance and compassion. And, while very short in length, the author stimulates your senses so well, that you’ll find yourself seeking out some cool air! I very much enjoyed this story and recommend it to anyone needing a quick, steamy read.
