Graduate of Oran University in Algeria, specializing in translation in Arabic, French and English. Professor Mammeri Mohamed Issam works in educational administration after a long career in education.
In addition to his studies in educational psychology and human development, the professor is interested in the humanities in general and history in particular.
He has several books on strategic planning, educational psychology and history.
