Pearl Maphoshe is a Network Marketing Entrepreneur, Intrapreneur, Corporate Executive, Inspirational Speaker, Wealth Coach and Property Investor. She studied at the University of Durban Westville graduating with an Honours Degree in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. Later she pursued Programmes in Educational Policy and Planning and Driving Performance through Talent Management at Harvard University to name a few. She holds a Master's Degree from the University of London. Pearl was the Group Human Capital Executive at Aspen Pharmacare Holdings. Key previous roles have included being Group HR Executive at Tongaat Hulett and Pick n Pay, Vice President HR - Africa at South 32 and Group Human Capital Executive at Massmart Group. She has been a board member at Cambridge, Masscash, University of Zululand and Wholesale and Retail SETA. She was the Chairperson of the wholesale and Retail SETA board for four years.
