As Consultant, he has engaged and supported Lean transformation within the Red River Army Depot, the Anniston Army Depot, Snap-on Corporation, General Dynamics, MTD Products, among others. His knowledge of the System for Business Success has given clients the tools to successfully identify and eliminate problems, and to additionally sustain elimination.
His hands-on experience has led to over 650 Problem-Solving/Corrective-Action teams. His productivity improvement applied to training, coaching, and mentoring small businesses and major corporations. Process improvements attacked Waste and Non-Value Add time associated with every disruptive problem delaying the Value-Add time expected. Problem-Solving, identifying a problem based on Facts-and-Data, and performing Corrective-Action to eliminate the problem and sustain its elimination.
Both Administrative and Manufacturing have been instrumental in understanding the tools of how to incorporate a positive and meaningful system to directly address process improvements within all aspects of their business.
