Mara Virginia Galmarini has extensive expertise in analytical chemistry and sensory analysis. She is an associate researcher with the CONICET (Argentina) and an associate professor with the Catholic University of Argentina. She developed, with the team of Pascal Schlich, new methods based on TDS to evaluate perception and hedonic appreciation of food combinations, specifically wine-cheese pairings.
