Pascal Schlich, a statistician with extensive expertise in sensory analysis, is a Director of Research with the INRA (France). He introduced and developed with his team the Temporal Dominance of Sensations (TDS) method. Dr Schlich is also a lecturer in several French Universities and a consultant for major industries worldwide.
