From the Author Writing this book was a very fun process for me. It is on a subject matter that I am very passionate about. I always read books about theology, but nothing fulfilled me. The Essences is the perfect Historical fiction book mixed with Christian Theology. About the Author Daniel A. Reyes is a young creative writer born in La Paz, Bolivia. Since 2004, he has been residing in Morgan Hill, California, a suburb of San Jose. Daniel or "Danny," as he is known by, graduated from Santa Clara University (SCU) with a bachelor's degree in Biology, but has always had a passion and an aptitude for creative writing. Danny is also a keen musician, occasionally performing in local venues throughout the Bay Area, alongside his siblings in their Alternative Rock band, "The Figureheads." He also has a passion for learning languages and more so, he is an avid Bay Area sports fan, having played several sports himself. As a young professional, Daniel has had extensive experience with all types of research and sales, in both academia and industry. His experience helped him gather pertinent information to structure "The Essences series." With his knowledge of both science and Religion, he has fused a potential bestseller, modernizing the original antagonist and protagonist dynamic with a time-warping twist. The Essences first started as a movie script, which shows its potential for the big screen. With over ten years of planning and writing his initial drafts, Reyes puts forth a new understanding of angels and an epic of good and evil.
