Emma Dixon has been a newsletter editor and magazine contributor in the non-profit industry. The inspiration for her writing came from her grandmother who wrote poetry about her family and the life she so loved on a small farm near the Ozark Mountains. Emma spent her summers on her grandparent's farm playing with her cousins. In the evenings the family would sit on the front porch swing while their grandmother read her poems to them. Though her grandmother has passed, the legacy of her love for family lives on through her poems. Today Emma enjoys reading those poems to her family and her life in the South.
