Monica Fox was delighted to hear that her daughter, Madelyn Fox, had an interest in writing. One day, her daughter came home from Kindergarten and asked her mom, a part-time writing professor, to help her write a book. She wanted to write a story called "A Good Fox" as she had read and studied literature about some foxes that were not kind. She wanted people to understand that not all foxes are bad. Also, she wanted to write about friendship, bravery, and kindness. Monica and Madelyn Fox live in southern California with the rest of their family, where they enjoy creative projects, the outdoors, and travelling.
