Marquita B. is currently working in Product Development for an Insurance Company. She is also the proud founder of Corks and Coils Publishing. Born in Nyack, NY and in her teenage years raised in Lynchburg, VA, Marquita B. has an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for writing. After obtaining her master's she moved to the DC area, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Her spare time is spent watching reality TV or HGTV, singing, cooking, searching for hair care products, wine tasting and shopping. "The Single Wife" is her debut novella and is the first in the "Journeys of the Heart" trilogy.
