Born in India, Anu Kumar has an MFA in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts, and has other degrees in management and history as well. Apart from being the author of best-selling historical fiction novels, she has also published novels and collection of short stories. She also wrote to the prestigious The Economic and Political Weekly.
