Lee H. Whittlesey, Yellowstone National Park's historian, is the author of many books, including Yellowstone Place Names and Storytelling in Yellowstone: Horse and Buggy Tour Guides. He has appeared on Ken Burns's critically acclaimed PBS series The National Parks, among other documentaries.
